Volunteer Opportunities Include: à Help in fundraising event planning * First Annual Border to Border walk-a-thon April 20th, 2010 * Silent Art Auction and Fundraising dinner to be held September 20th, 2010 * Festival of Trees Ornament Creation to be held November 7th, 2010 à Pick up donated items à Sort incoming items and prepare them for distribution à Wash/dry/fold linens, bedding etc. à Pack/Unpack small household items for distribution à Test small electrical items for proper functioning à Clean sofa and armchair upholstery à Distribute donated items à Answer the telephone à Organize warehouse (shelves & floor) à Pass out information about Yetzer Ha-Tov to local businesses à Host a child bedding drive or a collect kitchen items drive (great for youth groups in need of a project) |

Office Volunteer Opportunities Include: à Create excel database à Assist in creation of user friendly website à Webmaster à Assist in the office at Yetzer Ha-Tov à Donation solicitation
Skills and Materials Opportunities Include: à Warehouse for housing of donated items with small office attached à Mechanical needs to ensure our vehicles run smoothly for pick up and delivery à Painting of vehicles à Shelving units for organization
Office supplies including the following: à Computer for office à Lap top for solicitation à HP toner supplies #56 & 57 à Spiral Binding machine and supplies à 28# color laser paper à 64# color laser card stock à Digital Camera à Gift cards to Office Max |
