One man’s trash is another man’s hope

We lost everything in hurricane  Katrina. Everything that meant anything. I don’t care about the things. Someday we’ll get them back. But now my daughter and I are homeless. My husband; my son. They perished along with everything else. Nothing can give them back to us.

Homelessness is epidemic no matter the reason,

but to have an entire family perish in the blink of an eye

makes it even more traumatic to loose a home.
